On the negative side, there are remnants of a farm yard, no road access from the east side, some livestock on site preventing casual observers from walking on the land (the cattle are not pets), and no reports of any kind regarding the site. There is a 6 inch water line operated by the Rocky View Water Coop running along the west side of the land. There is NO ACCESS to the land except with the listing realtor present.
